A member of the 1994 silver medal Canadian Olympic team and RSG Hockey's president, Allain Roy serves as the personal representative of clients, responsible for enhancing their professional careers as well as their life after professional sports.
A graduate of Harvard University, Allain was the goalie of Harvard's NCAA National Championship team (1988-89), a member of the 1988-89 NCAA All-Tournament Team, an All-American finalist (1991-92) and a member of the 1993 World Championship Team. A 1989 fourth round draft pick of the Winnipeg Jets, Allain had a brief NHL callup in 1993 before joining the Canadian Olympic team. He played for Jokerit, the Finnish Elite Champions, the Saginaw Wheels and the Kapfenberg Tigers (Austrian League). He had a career .904 save percentage.
After leaving hockey, Allain became president of Crimson Marketing and Management Group, the parent company of eGroupManager, Gateway Medicard, LLC, and CMG Sports. From '97 to '99 Allain served as VP of Operations for the St. Louis Vipers In-Line Hockey Club, the 1999 RHI Champions. In 2015, Roy rebranded CMG Sports into Roy Sports Group, also known as RSG Hockey.
A native of Campbellton, New Brunswick, Allain is fluent in both French and English. He resides in St.Louis, MO with his wife Adrijana, his son Phillipe and daughter Jordanne.
Allain has used a combination of his extensive business and hockey knowledge to make RSG Hockey into one of the most forward thinking and fast growing agencies in the hockey world.
As a NHLPA certified agent, Allain has negotiated a hundreds of contracts at all league levels. As a family advisor, Allain has also assisted many families in determining individual clients' optimal route in hockey, and life.

Shane's list of contacts and relationships in hockey in North America and Europe is extensive and he has been supporting players with their professional aspirations in both markets. He has multiple players under NHL contract including Canadian Hockey League award winners, World Junior Players, a World Championship MVP and both drafted and free agent signings.
Shane has scouted at the minor pro level, WHL level and coached and recruited at the Junior A level. He has been a part of a Western Hockey League Championship, an Alberta Junior Hockey League Championship and a Northern Ontario Junior 'A' Hockey Championship. Origininally from Ontario, Shane also has lived in New Brunswick where he played university hockey. After his third season at St. Thomas, where he was a league all-star and team MVP, he earned a NHL free agent tryout contract with the Quebec Nordiques.
Shane has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education from St. Thomas University and a Masters of Education from the University of Lethbridge. Shane currently resides in Salmon Arm, British Columbia with his wife Tammy and two daughters, Taylor and Makenna.

Prior to joining RSG Hockey, Ron was a partner at a Bay Street law firm in Toronto, Ontario, where he assisted clients with a broad range of business matters, including business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions and the negotiation and drafting of various corporate/commercial agreements. Ron’s legal and business background, and his love of hockey, allows him to provide an educated insight into the business of athletic representation. With his business acumen and legal knowledge, Ron has taken a significant role in building RSG Hockey's NHL clientele.
Ron graduated from the University of Guelph (Ontario) in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and earned his LL.B. designation from the University of Ottawa (Ontario) in 2001. Ron is licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario and is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.
Ron is an avid marathoner and triathlete. He ran the Boston Marathon in 2006 and 2007, and completed his first half Ironman Triathlon in 2009. In his personal time, Ron enjoys spending time with his daughter, Shaughnessey, running, cycling, and playing hockey and golf. Ron is also active in the community with The Sky’s the Limit Youth Organization, where he acts as a director and legal counsel.

Before entering the agency business, Marc Lavigne spent ten years coaching, receiving degrees in levels from midget to junior. Marc was a founder of an expansion Midget AAA team in Chateauguay, where he acted as V-P of Hockey for three years. In the first year of Marc’s Midget AAA team, they won the Provincial Championship and represented Quebec at the Telus Cup.
Marc attended Loyola High School, Champlain College, and McGill. In 2003, he became the youngest municipal in the history of his city. Marc is married to Sonya Leduc and his son Andrew is a strength coach to several RSG Hockey clients.

Dennis Polonich has dedicated his life to hockey, spending 28 years playing and coaching at both professional and junior levels.
Dennis was drafted in 1973 by the Detroit Red Wings and spent three of his eight seasons with the team as its captain. He was also a member of the Turner Cup champion Muskegon Lumberjacks and the Calder Cup champion Adirondack Red Wings in addition to his memorable career with the Detroit Red Wings.
As for his exploits off the ice, Dennis was General Manager of the Prince George Cougars and the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League, where he also served as interim head coach. Several of the players that Dennis managed and coached went on to become high profile NHLers. He added an SJHL championship to his many accomplishments when he coached the Yorkton Terriers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League. Three of his players went on to be drafted by the NHL and 15 of them received NCAA scholarships.
After several years as a captain, GM, coach, player representative, and mentor, Dennis has always enjoyed helping young athletes develop successful professional hockey careers. Dennis resides in Calgary with his wife Angie.

Dillon is an Ottawa, Ontario native and graduated with honours from Brock University's Sport Management program in 2013. He is our youngest consultant, but has already built a solid network in the hockey industry, and signed a handful of clients to our team in his first few years of being a consultant.

Chris is a native of Glocester, Rhode Island and graduated from Curry College in 2015 with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Chris began his scouting career with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks in the BCHL. Chis has established himself within the hockey world, despite being one of the youngest in the industry. He also has developed strong networks with many leagues across Canada and the United States.
